My experience as a Marine Corps military policeman has been instrumental in my role as a security staffing manager at Allianz Field. The discipline, leadership, and crisis management skills I developed while serving enable me to effectively oversee security staff in high-pressure environments. My strong situational awareness and ability to assess and respond to potential threats ensure the safety of event attendees. Additionally, my military background has equipped me with the skills to train, communicate, and manage teams efficiently, all while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. These experiences directly contribute to the success of security operations at Allianz Field.
