Account Manager – Event & Security Operations

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 / year

We’re now hiring a full-time Account Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and build strong client relationships in Madison, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:
Lead all aspects of event operations: recruiting, scheduling, training, licensing, and on-site execution
Manage payroll, invoicing, staffing plans, and cost tracking
Supervise and motivate a team of event staff and supervisors
Communicate with venue partners to understand needs and exceed expectations
Ensure all events meet safety, security, and guest experience standards
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in operations, event staffing, security, or sports management
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Work Environment:
Office and on-site event work, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Must be able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Indoor and outdoor work, depending on event location
